Prepare for race day with training runs

Training runs are available for anyone wanting to learn to race or improve their form. Training runs will take place every Thursday evening at 5:30 beginning on February 23 and concluding April 5. Four training runs will be conducted by Fleet Feet Sports and three training runs will be led by one of HudsonAlpha's seasoned race runners.
